We are a coffee roastery tucked into an 118 year old community art house. Sourcing and roasting coffees that showcase the spectrum of how coffee can be enjoyed. You can expect a range of origins, varieties and processing methods, although clean, distinct flavors and long term relationships are what we look for when sourcing coffees. We look at roasting as an art craft, and use the studio as a space to play, experiment and explore.

Our roast approach is backed by 13+ years of industry experience. While you can expect our coffees to lean to the light side, we carefully look at each coffee and craft roast profiles to highlight the unique qualities of each individual lot.
