Owned and operated by the Yonis family, Adorsi is known for its careful and innovative approach to processing—combining tradition with precision to highlight the elegance of Ethiopian coffee.
This black honey lot begins with a gentle soaking to hydrate and soften the fruit before it’s pulped and slowly dried on raised beds under parabolic shade. The cool river breeze that flows through the valley ensures a long, even drying process, creating a cup that’s both refined and expressive.
