Illustrated landscape panel of a coffee farm

Workshops

Learn something with your hands. Curiosity is the only thing you need to bring.

We run workshops in the room where the coffee gets roasted. Small groups, no experience needed, and nobody is going to quiz you. If you have ever wondered why two coffees off the same farm taste different, start here.

What we run

Group leaning in to smell coffee at the cupping table

Expand Your Palate

Taste a range side by side and find out what you actually like. No scoring sheets, no jargon, and no wrong answers.

BOOK A TASTING

The Cupping Table

Pull up a chair while a lot gets tasted properly. Sometimes here, sometimes with another bar across town.

In the roasting room

Small groups, in the room, while the roaster is running. You leave smelling like it.

BOOK A VISIT

Latte art

Milk texture first, then the pour, then the part where it finally works. Four people at a time, so everyone gets real time on the machine.

What else is on in the house

Dear Tomorrow runs about thirty things a month. Silversmithing, woodworking, figure drawing, watercolor, artists in residence upstairs. We rent one room in it. If you are already coming for coffee, it is worth seeing what else is on that day.
