Join Color Magic at Manor Coffee Bar for a guided cupping - a simple, approachable way to smell, taste, and compare coffees side by side. We’ll explore a selection from around the world, noticing how place, variety, and processing shape what shows up in the cup.

Cupping is the method coffee producers, buyers, and roasters use to evaluate flavor and quality, but you don’t need to be a coffee professional to take part. We’ll guide you through the process, share what we notice, and leave plenty of room for your own experience.

No prior knowledge or tasting vocabulary needed. Come as you are and bring your curiosity.
