In the highlands of Yirgacheffe’s Gedeo zone, over 800 smallholder farmers bring their freshly picked cherries to the Adorsi Washing Station in the village of Aricha. Owned and operated by the Yonis family, Adorsi has become known for its dedication to quality and the expressive coffees it produces year after year.
Grown at elevations above 2100 meters, this washed lot showcases the hallmark clarity and vibrancy of Yirgacheffe coffees. Careful hand selection, traditional fermentation, and slow drying on raised beds bring out a cup that’s bright, floral, and complex.
A shining example of Ethiopia’s celebrated terroir, this coffee captures both the precision of the Adorsi process and the soulful beauty of its mountain origin.
